New Residential Roofs
All new residential roof installations include a 10-Year Labor Warranty and a 30-Year Material Warranty. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal conditions. Coverage does not apply to damage caused by hurricanes, severe storms, hail, tornadoes, floods, or other natural disasters.
Commercial Roof Warranty
Commercial roof warranties typically range from 10 to 20 years, depending on the roofing system installed and the scope of work performed. Since every commercial roofing project is unique, warranty coverage and terms may vary based on the materials, application, and specific requirements of each project.
